In a major boost to academic research and technological innovation, the University of Hyderabad (UoH) has received a ₹5-crore grant under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) , one of India’s leading public sector aerospace and defense companies. This strategic funding reflects HAL’s commitment to nation-building through investment in higher education and scientific research, while reinforcing the growing synergy between academia and industry in India’s development journey. The ₹5-crore CSR grant will be directed toward strengthening advanced research capabilities, infrastructure development, and skill enhancement programs at UoH.
